4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not share details about your business with other clients or third parties without your permission.

5. Payment Terms

Following the initial strategy call, Selah Systems will develop a proposal based on the diagnosis of the client's business situation and the services recommended. The client will receive a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and investment required. Pricing and payment terms will be confirmed upon the client's agreement to proceed with the engagement. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

Selah Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services or advice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
