About Selah Systems

Who I Am & Why I Started This

I founded Selah Systems because I saw a real gap. Most consultants overcomplicate what they do and oversell solutions. But I know from experience that business owners don't need hype. They need clarity and honest help.

I learned this hands-on as Administrative Director at Etico Concrete, my dad's concrete business in Arizona. My mentor, Rocky Geans, recognized that I think in systems and encouraged me to apply that to our operations. What I found was a business doing a lot of analog work. People were managing schedules in multiple places, processes weren't consistent, handoffs between teams were unclear, and there was no real visibility into project finances or where things stood.

So I built an operational system from the ground up. I mapped workflows, clarified roles, documented processes, and created tools that everyone could use. The transformation was real. The business went from reactive and scattered to organized and intentional. Time was freed up. Processes became consistent. People actually wanted to use the systems because they made their jobs easier. And the business was able to scale without adding chaos.

That's what changed for me. I realized that the gap between a business that's drowning and a business that's thriving isn't always some fancy solution. It's systems thinking. It's clarity. It's implementation. And I know that if I can do it for my family's business, I can help other business owners who feel stuck figure out how to do it too.

My Philosophy

Selah means to pause and reflect. That's exactly what businesses need before they scale. I don't jump in and fight fires that don't exist. I sit down, listen to your situation, diagnose what's really happening, and then we build a strategy together. No hype. No unnecessary complexity. No tools or services just to pad the bill.

What Makes Me Different

A lot of consultants oversell and overcomplicate. They push trendy tools and fancy frameworks to sound more technical. You already know your business better than anyone. You already know what your pain points are. You just need someone honest enough to listen, validate that, and help you solve it.

I approach every client with a few core principles:

  • Integrity — I won't suggest a tool or service that won't actually help you just because I can make more money off it. If I can't help you, I'll tell you.
  • Diagnostic First — I diagnose your real situation before we implement anything.
  • Biblically Aligned — I lean on biblical wisdom and business principles from Proverbs to inform how I approach problem-solving and strategy.

And I don't want you dependent on me forever. I implement with you, coach you through it, and teach your team so you can run your business independently going forward.

My Ideal Client

You're someone who wants to work smarter, not add complexity. You want to be in the driver's seat of your business, not drowning in admin. And you're willing to do the work to actually change things. If that's you, I can help.
